About the Role:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based guidelines

About You:
Registered nurse with post-registration clinical experience
Knowledge of best clinical practices and current legislation in the care sector
Committed to continuous professional development and service user involvement
Experienced in nurse-led management of long-term conditions
Strong clinical leadership and team-building skills
