Role Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical needs.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans, ensuring holistic and effective care delivery.
Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering trusting relationships.Requirements:
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated clinical competence and proficiency in nursing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
Previous experience in a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to work various shifts and contract hours as required.What We Offer:
