Job Title: Registered Nurse (Day or Night Shift)
Location: West Molesey, Surrey
Salary: up to £23.50 per hour
Post : Full Time, Permanent (up to 48 hours per week)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents within a Nursing and residential home environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in West Molesey, Surrey.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two Registered Nurses, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents under your care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health and care needs.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and responding to changes in their condition.
Providing support and guidance to care staff.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working in a nursing/residential home setting is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
