We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team to help provide skilled, clinically effective care using best practice. As a General Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, administer medications, assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a safe environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering medications and monitoring vital signs
* Implementing appropriate nursing interventions and care plans
* Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Educating patients and their families on health conditions and medications
* Adhering to infection control protocols and responding to emergencies
