A mixture of early and late shifts:
* 7am - 2:30pm
* 2pm - 9:30pm. Working alternate weekends.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide clinical nursing care by assessing and monitoring residents’ needs, administering medication, and performing clinical procedures. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a holistic approach to care, collaborating with various care home teams and leading on admissions, complex clinical needs, emergencies, and end-of-life care, crucial for fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Do you have?
* NMC Registered Nurse (adult level 1) with comprehensive knowledge of CQC Regulations and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
* Extensive experience in elderly, disability, and dementia care across diverse healthcare settings
* Proven track record in nursing homes, hospitals, and social care facilities
* Proficient in conducting clinical audits, risk assessments, and meticulous review of care plans
