Registered Night Nurse – Full time - £19.72 p/h – Dungannon
A privately owned Nursing Home in the outskirts of Dungannon is seeking a Registered Nurse to strengthen their team. In this vital role, you'll work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to residents.
Role Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate resident records and provide support to care staff
* Developing tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
* Administering medication and ensuring the health and well-being of residents through personalised care plans
Qualifications:
* RGN/RMN Qualification with NMC Registration
Skills Required:
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
* Team player who can work cooperatively under pressure and independently
