Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Overview:
Cureyoursearch are representing a fabulous nursing and care company, who have an opportunity for an experienced RMN to join a highly skilled and committed team within a family run company, providing a high level of care and nursing services to residents.
The RMN will work day shifts, supporting and directing the care team, and promoting therapeutic activity and wellbeing of residents.
The Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Candidate:
Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Previous experience working with people suffering from dementia and other mental health diagnosis
Experience of working as part of a team and in a supervisory role
Knowledge of distraction and de-escalation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Package Includes:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Face to face interview with the management team.
