Harry at Amber Mace is recruiting for a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a strong and well supported team of a “Good” Learning Disabilities home in East Sussex.
The team is committed to enhancing our residents' quality of life, empowering individuals to make their own life choices, fostering independence, and encouraging community involvement.
With a focus on quality, you will inspire, lead and mentor your team to deliver a top-quality person-centred support and care. If successful, you will be responsible for implementing best practices whilst maintaining the “Good” CQC standard and continuously looking for ways to improve the service.
The role of a CQC Registered Manager here is diverse, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including quality, compliance and budget, People support and care.
Requirements:
* Dedication to providing high-quality care
* Previous Registered Managerial experience in a Learning Disability setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC & Safeguarding regulations and standards.
* Sharp decision-making skills
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* Flexibility and a strong "can-do" attitude
