Residential Recruitment are currently seeking a registered manager for a residential children's home. This role is to work in a 4 bed home with a good OFSTED rating for children and young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties.

Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.
This company are open to seeking profiles of a Deputy Manager looking to step up, where they’ll happily enrol any successful applicants on a Level 5 – and experienced Regsitered Managers seeking a new environment to join this great team.
