About the role - As a Registered Manager you will be accountable for the overall quality of this 59 bed extra care service and that it conforms with CQC standards. You will be a proven leader and with the support of 2 Care Support Co-ordinators, you will ensure the highest level of care is delivered. Duties include working with housing providers, recruitment, supervisions, audits, risk management and quality assurance.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -. We are looking for an energetic person with older care experience. You will have a thorough knowledge of CQC quality requirements, and a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA)
