Children's Registered Home Manager - Complex
Warrington
£55000 plus benefits

My client is a Child Care provider within the UK and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a registered children's home manager to take over one of their prestigious homes in the Warrington area.

Some of the responsibilities for a Registered Home Manager will include;

*Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home.
*Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation.
*Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted .
*To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing.
*To provide support to all children within their home.

As a registered children's home manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously registered as a managed with Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care Management qualification.
