Salary: £41,500, £44,500 + up to £7000 performance related bonus & £5000 relocation fee

Due to recent expansion, our client has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Children's Home Registered Manager.

This position will allow you to lead and inspire your own team, ensuring the children in your care receive the absolute best, from compassionate role models to a warm and welcoming home environment.

Alongside a competitive salary of up to £45,000, we're providing a £5,000 relocation package and a potential bonus package of up to £7,000 for achieving a "good" or "outstanding" Ofsted rating, as well as performance-related bonuses.
We'll support you through your Ofsted inspections and offer training options for Level 7 and therapeutic training qualifications.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you'll need:

A minimum of five years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children, with at least two years spent in a role supervising and managing staff.
You should also hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
A "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within your recent Ofsted inspections is also essential.
A Full, UK Driving Licence is also essential
