Registered Manager - Children's Residential

Dewsbury

£48,000 - £52,000 plus £5,000 OTE Bonus

Registered Manager required for residential home that accommodates 5 young people.

The service users ave a learning disability, Autism, epilepsy and can display some associated behaviours.

As a Registered Children's Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of children in the home. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with parents or guardians to ensure open lines of communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including medical history, medications, and any special requirements

Required:

3 + years’ experience in Children’s Care and hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification alongside an attitude of inspiration, motivation, dedication and the ability to celebrate achievement for all our children and staff colleagues.
