Domiciliary Care Branch Manager | Buckinghamshire | Full Time | Between £35,000 - £40,000pa depending on experience.

Our client is committed to delivering personalised, comprehensive care packages that empower individuals to maintain safety and security within the familiarity of their homes.

They are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Registered Manager or Practice Manager to spearhead the delivery of personalised care services within their organisation. Your role will be pivotal, encompassing leadership and management of day-to-day operations in the homecare service.

Your focus will be on ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the utmost levels of care quality, all while prioritising client satisfaction.

Are you the right person for the job?

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent
Manager Registration with the Care Quality Commission
Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in homecare.
Valid driving license to drive in the UK and access to own car for work use.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with electronic rostering, care planning and care monitoring systems.
What will your role look like?

Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the service
Out of Hours On-Call duties
Ensure the delivery of high-standard personalised care to clients
Manage staff recruitment and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations.
Implement a Service Improvement Plan - to a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or above.
Deep networking with the social and local community
Oversight of Audits and Quality Assurance processes
Ensure the service is compliant with safeguarding practices.
Adapt promptly to regulatory changes and company business needs.
Creating business improvement plans. Expand the current service offerings.
