£55,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), with on-call duties
Are you a dedicated and passionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an experienced and motivated OFSTED Registered Manager to join our children’s service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team in providing high-quality care for children and young people.
Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
Undertake the OFSTED registration process, becoming legally responsible for the service.
Collaborate with staff to deliver a safe, nurturing environment.
Requirements:
Experience as a manager in a children’s care setting.
Completed or willing to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Strong leadership skills with a commitment to excellence.
