Description:
gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of their client for a Registered Manager for a 9 bed Mental Health Service.
This is a full time permanent position based in Southend On Sea with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service ensuring the delivery of high quality care.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure the service is fully staffed with competent and compassionate professionals.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and Senior staff to support and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, striving in excellence in all inspections and reports.
- Maintain a supportive and positive environment for both staff and service users.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of the service users.
Requirements:
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
