About the Role
As a CQC Registered Manager you will be responsible for one of our registered houses that provides care and support to 9 individuals all with profound and multiple learning disabilities. At current, we have 3 ladies and 6 gentlemen who live here between the ages of 19 to 50 years old.
Key aspects of this role are to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across the wider Trust.
Who we’re looking for:
Great care is dependent on a great team, so you’ll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression. You may well be an experienced Registered Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge.
