Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience.

Location: Central Gloucester

Hours: Monday-Friday

Halcyon Health and Social Care is proud to represent our client, a leading supported living provider, in their search for a Registered Manager for their brand-new service in Gloucester. Our client is committed to creating homes where individuals with complex needs can thrive with personalised support, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. With a 'good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our client's successful supported living service currently caters to adults and young people facing autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Registered Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team in delivering personalised care aligned with CQC frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the lives of those supported by the service, ensuring the highest standard of care. Collaborating with your team and stakeholders, you'll tailor support services based on feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you'll foster a positive team culture through organising engaging events for service users and staff. With the support of a seasoned senior leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to shape and nurture the service, driving its success and growth. As the service continues to expand and flourish, there will be ample opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organisation.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager with a minimum rating of 'Good' in all areas

- Relevant professional Qualification in Level 5 Adults Health & Social Care, or equivalent
