Hooray are delighted to be supporting an established and committed care provider to assist in the recruitment for a Registered Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!

As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead & manage a team of dedicated care professional
Conduct assessments and reviews on clients to ensure care plans are meeting their needs
Conduct quality assurance checks, ensuring clients are receiving the highest level of care and support
Participate in the on-call rota as and when required
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
Hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or be working towards it
Have a excellent knowledge and understanding of the legal responsibilities and standards across the health & social care sector
Have previous management experience within a domiciliary care organisation
A local knowledge is advantageous, however, not essential
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent opportunity and we are unable to provide/support with sponsorship.
