As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing plans that cater to each young person's care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards of care in line with National Minimum Standards.
Developing systems to consult young people about the quality of care they receive.
Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
Taking responsibility for progressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
Involving in the recruitment and retention of staff, and ensuring their proper induction and supervision.
Managing resources effectively, including staff, budgets, and company vehicles.
Promoting the efficient and effective operation of the Home.Package and Benefits:
