Registered Manager
Full time 40 hrs
£42000 - £43000 + bonus
(£3600 if beds are full, full occupancy is 26 beds. This is broken down as if you maintain full occupancy of 26 beds you get an extra £300 per month. Alternatively each bed filled is £150 for long term placement and £100 for respite/short term placements
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic and flexible Registered Manager for their 26 bed care home. They promote a "can do" approach tht seeks to enable individuals to achieve their full potential and prmote well-being, decsion making.
As a manager, you will work as part of a Team ensuring the smooth running on a day to day basis whilst working across with the owners (senior management) to ensure that the auditing policies and procedure and best practice is implemented throughout their organisation.
Requirements:
NVQ 5 or equivalent
Medication trained and competent in all medication related administration
Previous management experience workign with elderly residents with dementia and also have experience working with inidividuals who may exhibit behaviours that challenge.
Safeguarding
Mentor staff and provide clear and consistent leadership
Staff meetings/team building/guidance/direction/co-ordinate training.
Care plan rsk assessements
Audits
You will need eperience dealing with healthcare professionals and external agencies
Play a leading part to ensure the ongoing fincancial viability of the serivde.
