Pioneer Talent are delighted to be working with a small group of care homes in the Southwest of England to recruit a CQC Registered Manager for an Elderly Nursing and Care provision near Exeter.
We are seeking an experienced, nursing qualified manager and leader who is able to drive culture and engender a supportive working environment. Working for an inspirational leader, you will continue to live the organisations caring values and leading your team to provide personalised care and exceeding residents’ expectations. You will be fully au fait with CQC regulations and care standards.
The ideal candidate will have run Nursing Homes previously and be able to balance exceptional care for residents, relationships with families and ensuring commercial viability of the provision. You and your team will be invested in with your learning and development to ensure you are always the best you can be.
