Out client is seeking a Registered Manager on a Temp to Perm basis to manage a servicew in County Durham (DH8 6TU)
Temp to Perm
£22 pay rate per hour
Requirements:
Must have experience wthin children's services and been experienced in challenging behaviours as a Regional Manager
Must have a no-nonsense approcach and a 'get it done attitude'
must be open minded and not be frightened to push change
Must be a troubleshooter
