Rocasa Consulting are looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join a brand new team based in the Bristol area. The manager will be responsible for a team of new support workers, supporting a client with complex mental health needs who is living her own purpose built accommodation. If you have a level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management please do not hesitate to apply! Competitive salary.
About the role:
- manage and supervise a team of support workers
- monitor and review performance of service and team to ensure optimum service is being delivered
- oversee and conduct assessments for support plans and risk assessments
- ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times, if not, investigating why this is
- ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements
- develop positive behavioural support and risk management strategies
- ensure a happy and well skilled team are providing the best possible support to client/s
About you:
- a level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management
- proven track record of managing CQC regulated services specifically team leading
- ability to analyse and manage risk
- knowledge of relevant and recent legislation
- a positive and supportive approach
- knowledge of safeguarding protocols
- outstanding record keeping
