Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: Poole
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Home Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will oversee the clinical operations of the care service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while fostering a supportive and efficient working environment for our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional care in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, promoting continuous professional development and a culture of learning and improvement.
* Collaborate with the residential deputy manager and clinical lead to effectively manage the overall operation of the service.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff.
* Act as a liaison between clinical staff, residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
* Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
* Management qualification
* Previous registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a registered manager.
* Proven experience in managing a large care service, including clinical staff.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
