One of my clients, who are a developing independent care organisation, are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care who can manage a 60 bed care home in Bury St Edmunds. As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home and will work closely with the Deputy Manager to lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care for residents.
The service itself is a 60 bed care home, and has a Good CQC rating, it will be an important aspect of the chosen candidtaes job requirements to maintain these high standards of care.
