Position - Training Officer
Employment type - Permanent
Location - Stockport, Manchester
Salary - GBP29,400 p.a.
Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm although flexibility is required

About the role - As a Training Officer, you will work with the training team and key managers, developing and rolling out training to care staff. You will facilitate training sessions both face to faced and electronically working in accordance with a training calendar. Duties also include recording and training changes as they develop, monitoring learner progress, identify training needs, reporting any concerns in practice and maintaining confidentiality
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -We are looking for someone who can train and inspire people through a development programme of training. You will have experience of working in a health or social care setting, ideally a training/teaching qualification or experience of presenting training, a good understanding of health and social care legislation, ideally have an Assessor qualification or willing to work towards.
