Description:
Fidelis Healthcare is recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses to join and work as part of a team, for temporary and last-minute placements across England and Wales.

You’ll be expected to work on your own initiative, using your expertise to deliver tailored care plans to patients, as well as working cross-functionally with other professionals in the department.
As a Registered General Nurse you will be involved in:
* Administer medications and rendering treatment to patients.
* Communicating with physicians, LPNs, radiologists and other medical professionals.
* Collaborating with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient.
* Creating and contributing to patients’ medical records as needed.
* Responding to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families.
Requirements:
* A valid NMC Pin without restriction.
* Right to Work in the UK without restriction.
* At least 12 months recent UK experience working in a similar role.
* Enhanced DBS Check (Dated within 12 months and/or on the update service).
* EPP and Non EPP Cleared Immunisations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to establish rapport and build trust.
