*Position Overview:*

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (General), you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical settings within our client health care facilities, providing high-quality care to patients across the lifespan. This position offers the flexibility to explore different specialities and expand your clinical skills.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.

- Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs, recognising and responding to changes promptly.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.

- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

*Requirements:*

-Immunisation History report

-Bachelor's degree in Nursing BA(Hons)

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

-A member of the NMC council, with a valid Pin.
