£55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
South Manchester

Cureyoursearch are proud to represent a growing home care provider in South Manchester, who are passionate about providing exceptional care to young people. They are seeking an experienced and compassionate OFSTED Registered Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to set up a new home from scratch, to build a team and transform the lives of children and young people in the home.

In this rewarding role, you will:

Provide expertise in setting up and running a residential service to children and young people, ensuring exceptional care and support
Build up a team from scratch, to run the day-to-day operation of a home to ensure the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of the children and young people
Champion high standards of care, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and best practices, ensuring that the needs of the children and young people are always met
Lead a dedicated team of carers and support staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment, to actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children/young people.
The Registered Children’s Home Manager candidate:

Must be an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager with children’s home management experience
Knowledge of current legislation including Children’s regulations, The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters and have a good understanding of the role of Ofsted and experience of dealing with inspections
Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or willing to work towards
Proven ability to engage effectively with children and young people
Ability to work as part of a team
The Registered Children’s Home Manager Package:

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

The Registered Children’s Home Manager Interview Process:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.

Stage one – Face to Face interview with the Operations Director

Stage two – Face to Face interview with the organisation’s Senior Leadership Team
