Daytime Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare professionals to healthcare establishments across the UK for permanent and temporary positions. We operate via relevant authority framework agreements and PSLs.

The business now seeks to establish a Children and Young people’s residential care division and seek an individual able to play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and day-to-day management of this division by occupying both the Responsible individual and Registered Manager’s position. The individual will have robust support from the managing director and existing senior management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven manager who is passionate about ensuring children and young people receive person-centred care of the highest quality. The position offers the prospect of attaining directorship within 2 years.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing children’s services.

Salary and bonus/reward structures are negotiable.
