REGISTERED MANAGER - DOMICILIARY
We are seeking an experienced level 5 qualified Registered Manager for a domiciliary care company based near to Blackburn, Lancashire. The role is with a very reputable company that operates in the health & social care sector and are a true market leader in their area, They are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated. The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services
* Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
* Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it)
* Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
