Cureyoursearch is proud to represent a fabulous residential care home in Stockport, who are passionate about providing exceptional care. They are seeking a driven and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to join their team.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure the smooth running of the home, fostering a positive and resident-centred culture
Champion high standards of care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
Lead a dedicated team of carers and support staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment
Oversee resident well-being, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans
The Registered Care Home Manager candidate:
Must be a Registered Care Home Manager with care home management experience
Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
The Registered Care Home Manager Package:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

The Registered Care Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Face to Face interview with the senior management team
