Regional Support Manager
Yorkshire and North West
£45,000 - 50,000 plus car and mileage
My client is looking for a Regional Support Manager to embark on a fulfilling journey of supporting and empowering our portfolio of homes. As a crucial member of the organization, you will conduct audits, implement action plans, and provide assistance where needed to the Home Managers within your area.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses pragmatism and the ability to strike a balance between compassionate care and achieving business objectives. Your role will revolve around offering support to our homes, collaborating closely with home managers, and ensuring exceptional leadership and care for both staff and residents.
To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and attributes:
• Registered Nurse status with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN
• Previous experience in a Care home environment
• Proven managerial expertise in residential, nursing, or dementia care
• Experience in managing multiple sites
• Strong leadership and management skills, coupled with a dynamic and adaptable approach
