Regional Support Manager
I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Regional Support Manager for a fantastic group of Residential and Nursing homes in the West Midlands Region. As a Regional Support Manager you will be overseeing the Registered Managers in your patch and will be responsible for the overall performance of the services.
The Regional Manager will be offered a fantastic starting salary of £60k
The Regional Support Manager must have:
* Prior experience as Registered Manager/Regional Manager (Elderly)
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
* Strong staff management skills
* Experience working with budgets
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
* Drivers Licence
