The Role of Regional Sales Manager
* This a field / home based role. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of junior field sales Business Development Managers covering the London area. Your sales team will prospect, identify new business and sell soft FM service contracts to SME businesses.
* Your team will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care.
* You will be tasked with recruitment, on-boarding, training, coaching, supporting and motivating a team of 8 Business Development Managers.
* You will attend joint visits with your team / helping them leverage on their strengths and developing their skill set.
* As part of your role you will conduct 121 sessions, develop, performance manage, set and achieve sales targets.

The Candidate for the Regional Sales Manager
* You will have sales people management experience / it is essential that you have that have managed NEW BUSINESS sales teams (either B2B or B2C)
* We are particularly looking for Sales Managers that have managed sales people in a high volume / low order value / fast paced transactional environment
