Our client supports and supplies customers in the following sectors: Industry & Trade, Logistics, Workshops and Showrooms, Sports Halls & Football Stadiums. Our client is a specialist in providing customer-specific products and services and supports its target customers through a global sales, service, and production network. They have a proven track record of success collaborating with the likes of BMW/Mini, Honda, Tesco, Chelsea FC & Amazon to name a few.

The Role & Tasks:

* An exciting opportunity has arisen for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to work within the UK team.

* Responsible for the sales and profit performance in the territory

* Manage customer relationships with existing customers and seek out and acquire new customers

* Manage selective Key Accounts, defined as repetitive large customers from the automotive, logistics & rail sectors.

* Understand customer needs, especially in terms of zero-net goals, and derive appropriate product solutions

* Select products, provide heat loss calculation and quotes

* Follow-up regularly on quotes and drive conversion to order

* Present new products and solutions applying the value proposition specifically addressing the customers’ requirements

* Sales expectations & responsibility: £1.5 M

Experience / Skills Required:

* YOU MUST HAVE Experience with Heat Pumps, Heating & Cooling/Air Movement products and solutions, and a proven track record of securing profitable business and projects within a commercial environment.

* YOU MUST HAVE A proven track record and strong relationships with End User clients and understand the ways and workings of Consultants, HVAC Specifiers, Specialist HVAC contractors, and installers.

* YOU MUST BE Passionate, and determined with a new business/hunter profile approach

* A confident, autonomous self-starter with a growth mindset

* A demonstrated ability to identify and exploit business opportunities with major corporate customers is desirable.

* The individual selected should possess excellent overall business skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, planning, presentation, and organisational abilities.

* Financial and mathematical acumen is highly desirable.

* The ability to foster an environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and teamwork.

* The candidate must be a problem-solver

* The candidate will be a strategic thinker who can demonstrate the capability to assume increased responsibility in the future.

* The individual will have personal qualities of honesty and integrity and an interest in people's development.

* A current UK driving license is mandatory.
