Field based/Hybrid covering the Yorkshire Region
Up to £45,000 pa, plus company car, bonus and excellent benefits.

WHAT REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS DO:
* Plan and implement regional sales strategies and business plans, in line with regional sales targets, profit targets and strategic plan
* Take responsibility for regional sales and development for new and existing customers.
* Support Regional activities to assist in the achievement of financial targets.
* In conjunction with the Regional Manager, carry out activities relating to branch profitability.
* Work with Regional Operations Managers and the Regional Manager to oversee a number of trade branches.
* Develop, train, and motivate Trade Branch Teams, in conjunction with the Regional Managers
* Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas.
* Review customer accounts and build strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify, attract and establish new customers and sales opportunities.
WHAT WE NEED FROM REGIONAL SALES MANAGER CANDIDATES:
A track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff
Experienced within the building, merchanting or industrial supplies industry
Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, accomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer base
Previous SAP experience could be a distinct advantage
Strong people management skills, with excellent communication and motivational skills
Self-motivated, target orientated, proactive, with great commercial acumen
A confident IT user
Driven and enthusiastic with an ability to inspire and motivate others
A valid, full driving licence is essential
