Description:
Regional Sales Manager - Southwest
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Location: Home-based - Bristol, South Dorset, Devon & Cornwall
Hours: Regional/flexible
Key Duties:
Manage existing customers and grow sales.
Develop new business and win new accounts.
Build strong customer relationships.
Provide technical product advice and quotations.
Negotiate prices and secure orders.
Maintain CRM and sales reports.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Deliver product presentations/training.
Attend customer visits, exhibitions and trade shows.
Minimum 3 days per week visiting customers/prospects.
Experience Required:
Previous sales experience.
Technical sales experience, ideally within Distribution/Wholesale/Reseller markets.
Strong technical and commercial understanding.
Regional sales management/supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good MS Office/CRM skills.
Clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
