A leading retirement property company is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to champion their sales efforts across five picturesque villages in the Cotswolds and Worcestershire, with a focus on their Cheltenham sales office for two to three days a week.

The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000, with on-target earnings of approximately £40,000.( uncapped). However, the potential to enhance your earnings is substantial, thanks to a well-structured commission scheme designed to reward your dedication and drive.
Work-life balance is a priority, with no full weekends required and only two Saturdays a month, ensuring you have ample time to recharge and enjoy personal pursuits. Your weekdays will be spent on-site from 9 am to 5:30 pm, immersing yourself in the sales village community and building a network of satisfied clients.
