Location: Buckinghamshire, HP10
Salary: OTE £120k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to manage multiple offices in Buckinghamshire for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.
This a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and manage the team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager, you will have senior management experience and will be ready to fulfil and develop this role.
Skills: The skills required for this Regional Sales Director role will include:
Significant experience in Estate Agency
Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry
Extensive business development background in Estate Agency
Highly driven and target orientated
