Zest4Talent are looking for a creative and dynamic Regional Director to oversee a team of Account Managers in the Commercial property SAAS marketplace. You will be covering the Midlands to Essex so travel in this area is essential. Your role will encompass a mixture of face-to-face accompaniment at meetings (and 2 days remote WFH or office based at your discretion). Your energy, positive approach and your desire to be the best you can be as well as encourage and motivate your team will fit in with the professional and customer centric ethos of the sales team and the company culture. Your agile approach will overcome challenges and you will strive to be a problem solver and a genuine partner to your customers and your team. You will also have experience presenting data analysis, business performance and market analysis using MS PowerPoint.

NB to be successful for this role previous sales management experience is essential along with

* A proven track records of increasing revenue and market share

* Experience building client relationships to C-level

* Be an expert in the sales process and the steps of the sale

The Regional Director’s main responsibility will include:

* Be an inspirational leader and demonstrate a clear understanding of what is expected and lead by example

* Motivate your team to achieve KPIS and company revenue targets

* Regular one to ones with each Account Manager to ensure continuous personal development and ensure they are withholding company values

* Supporting recruitment and maintaining progression plans for your team

* Develop positive relationships with key accounts in your area

* Offer regular coaching, training and support to your team and identify any training needs
