Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the South Wales territory—identifying new opportunities, meeting prospective customers and converting conversations into long-term business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating and securing new business across South Wales
Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations
Developing a strong understanding of each customer’s requirements
Creating tailored proposals that clearly demonstrate value
Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Managing your own pipeline and maintaining regular prospect contact
Negotiating commercially successful agreements
Keeping customer records, contracts and reports accurate and up to date
Sharing customer and market insights with the wider business
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a driven and confident sales professional who is motivated by results and earning potential. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in sales or business development
A proven ability to generate new business
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
A proactive, self-motivated and organised approach
The confidence to manage your own territory and sales pipeline
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A full UK driving licence
