Horizon Care and Education Group is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our Supported Accommodation properties accross the South West (Gloucester, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and Swindon) provide exceptional care and support to young people, empowering them to reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

Oversee the quality of care and support across all regional properties, ensuring it meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose and adheres to Ofsted requirements.
Ensure continual quality improvement to achieve and maintain Ofsted Outstanding/Good.
Lead on safeguarding matters, prioritizing the safety and well-being of young people and staff.
Manage escalated risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including safeguarding
Build strong relationships with local authorities and key agencies, securing the best outcomes for young people and promoting our services.
Provide inspirational leadership and support to staff at all levels, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, promoting health and safety for all.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Manage Local Authority contracts effectively.
Support the development and training needs of your teams.What you'll bring:

Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
Your focus: You pay attention to detail and never compromise on quality because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact.
Your commitment: You're passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
