Job Title: Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes)
Location: South East - Covering 7 Residential & Nursing Homes
Salary: £70-£80K + Bonus + Mileage Allowance
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee the operations of 7 residential and nursing care homes within the South East of England. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a good track record of leadership and Regional Management skills.
The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, foster a positive environment, and produce analytical reports to identify and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Oversee and support the management teams of seven homes, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate the performance of each home, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
* Analytical Reporting: Produce detailed analytical reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize budget utilization.
* Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and supplies, to maximize operational efficiency.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in operations management for residential/Nursing homes, preferably in a multi-site setting.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements in the care sector.
* Ability to travel across the South East of England as needed.
