The salary for this positon starts from £30,441 Plus Company Car, up to 10% Annual Bonus, Pension, Holidays 25 + 8, working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.

What will I be doing as a Regional Mobile Plant Trainer?

Reporting to the Fleet and Mobile Training Manager, the Mobile Plant Trainer will be responsible for Planning, organizing, delivering and recording mobile plant training within SUEZ. The successful candidate will work closely with the other members of the Processing and Logistics operation teams and contribute to a great learning experience for the operators and Management.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Identify, plan, organize and deliver mobile plant training across SUEZ by Region that will develop a workforce that will aim to reduce accidents and damage to equipment and property.

* To develop and design recycling sector specific mobile plant training that follows on from SUEZ Risk Assessments and recognized UK standards.

* The successful candidate will also identify, plan, organize and deliver training to Managers and Supervisors of mobile plant.

What are the requirements? (Experience and qualifications)

* Applicants must be able to demonstrate a qualification as a Fork-lift Instructor.

* Working as part of a small remote team the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.

* Experience of working with mobile plant within the Recycling Industry is preferred. FLT Instructor qualification advantageous

* A track record of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is desirable but not essential.

* Candidates will require Driving Licence, a minimum of 2 valid mobile plant certificates.
