We're on the lookout for a dedicated Regional Manager to join our client's team, a healthcare company dedicated to promoting quality of life for their service users. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a range of Residential and Supported Living services across Nottingham to Suffolk, focusing on Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

They operate a mix of Residential and Supported Living services, focusing on Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. As the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing a group of services across a designated patch from Nottingham to Suffolk.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Line managing Registered Managers to ensure services comply with CQC guidance and other quality frameworks.
Demonstrating a sound knowledge of Quality initiatives and innovative practice.
Reacting well to competing priorities and tailoring to fast-paced changes to business needs.Package and Benefits:

Ability to convey clearly both verbally and written.
