This role offers the opportunity to oversee a range of Residential and Supported Living services across Nottingham to Suffolk, focusing on Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

As the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a group of services across a designated patch from Nottingham to Suffolk.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Line managing Registered Managers to ensure services comply with CQC guidance and other quality frameworks.
Demonstrating a sound knowledge of Quality initiatives and innovative practice.
Reacting well to competing priorities and tailoring to fast-paced changes to business needs.Package and Benefits:

A strong background in Care and a history of working in this area.
A background working managing teams across several sites and activities.
Appreciation of supported living and the differences between Residential services in line with CQC guidance.
Knowledge of CQC KLOE Assessment Framework and Regulatory guidance.
Ability to convey clearly both verbally and written.
