With a strong focus on achieving targets and optimising their product offerings, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Hotel Contracts Team Manager, who speaks fluent German, to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

* Use extensive experience (ideally from an OTA or Wholesale Bedbank background) negotiating and contracting fantastic hotel rates to develop and lead a best-in-class team

* Monitoring regional performance, and securing contracts with hotels to optimise rates, conditions, and inventory

* Lead and manage the team to achieve company KPIs through effective communication, performance monitoring, and innovation

* Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members to set targets, analyse performance, and provide feedback

* Recruit and develop team members' skills through training and coaching

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, collaborating with other departments

* Meet personal contracting targets by negotiating competitive contracts and maximising contract performance

* Monitor competitor pricing and availability, renew contracts, and negotiate added-value deals

* Communicate destination information internally and address service-level issues with suppliers

* Provide input to the Pricing and Revenue team and collaborate with the Key Accounts team

Experience Required:

* Minimum 5 years of hotel contracting experience within the DACH region is ESSENTIAL

* German speaker

* Proven track record of Team Management

* Strong negotiation skills are critical for this role

* Attention to detail and accurate written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure, be motivated to succeed, and build strong relationships

* Flexibility to travel to meet with team members and hotel business partners regularly

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
