Role: Regional Director
Location: London, Essex, Kent
Salary: £90-95k per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to oversee a small portfolio of care homes in the London, Essex & Kent Region. This role requires regular travel between the care homes.

The Regional Director role is varied, interesting, and rewarding, requiring first-class leadership skills to help the business meet its objectives. Leading and managing a team of Home Managers, you will ensure high standards of service quality, while enhancing our reputation through the practice of our Fulfilling Lives values.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authority CCG/CQC, with a sound understanding of statutory and legislative requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and relevant EC Directives.
Meet all contractual obligations to avoid financial penalties and manage any contractual disputes.
Develop and lead a competent team of Home Managers, motivating them to support and develop their teams effectively.
Assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
Contribute positively to the business in terms of profit, development, growth, and market position.What We Are Looking For:
