This is more than a traditional management role. You will have genuine responsibility for driving regional growth, delivering commercial performance, strengthening client relationships and developing a high-performing team of Financial Planners.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s strategy, identifying new business opportunities, growing profitable revenue and creating an environment where talented advisers can thrive. By combining strong commercial acumen with effective leadership, you will set the standard for excellence, inspire those around you and help deliver the next stage of the business’s growth.
We are looking for a commercially astute and ambitious leader who can demonstrate what great financial planning looks like, build strong relationships and bring people with them to achieve shared success.
